Jigzone.com outsources support for the site to an independently operated business that is licensed and insured.
The cost per incident is $35. This is refundable if the issue cannot be resolved.
Support Techs will only work on getting JigZone puzzles to display. Each Support Tech will spend a maximum of 20 minutes trying to resolve your issue. Fee will be refunded if issue is not resolved.
You will be required to complete the JigZone Support Pack purchase transaction prior to support work commencing. The technician will send you a link once you are in touch.
The Support Techs primarily use remote control software to take control of your machine. This is the fastest and most efficient way to resolve most issues. If you are not comfortable with this, please let the technician know up front.
You will be required to remain in front of your computer during the troubleshooting. You will be able to see everything the technician does.
Once JigZone.com is displaying correctly, the support process is complete. The technician may advise on other issues but will not attempt to resolve them.
